Amazon is investing heavily in building a world class advertising business and we are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of self-service performance advertising products that drive discovery and sales. Our team is responsible for scaling Amazon's advertising business to new languages and countries. We want everyone in the world to take advantage of Amazon's Ads business to build their brands. As part of this, we are establishing a team of talented software developers focused on developing a new Advertising Localization and Internationalization System that will transform the way how advertisers, marketing and engineering teams reach newer marketplaces and shoppers- enabling Internationalization of Amazon's advertising business at massive scale. The software applications and systems built by this team will impact a multi-billion dollar global business and will make it possible for thousands of advertisers and agencies to meaningfully engage with shoppers and deliver native experiences. The initiatives that this team will drive are at core of global expansion of our advertising business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute in building full-stack Service Oriented Architecture-based applications and e-Commerce solutions (and much more!) from the ground up using cutting-edge technologies.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 2+ years people management experience
• Experience with OOD and object oriented languages
