We are seeking experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to build the next generation of our cloud server platforms. Our success depends on our world-class infrastructure; we're handling massive scale and rapid integration of emergent technologies.

As a member of the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team you'll be responsible for the design and optimization of Hardware and Software in our data centers including technologies such as AWS Inferentia which is a machine learning inference product designed to deliver high performance at low cost.

You'll provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and you'll work with thought-leaders in multiple technology areas. You'll have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and you'll be constantly looking for ways to improve our products' performance, quality and cost. Responsibilities:
· Define and implement automated testing platforms for silicon and systems.
· Develop and automate tests for software validation
· Own and Manage RMA process
· Develop Diagnostic and final production tests in several production sites
· Work with firmware developers and validation engineers
· Supporting Front-End team with Root cause hard to reproduce issues, using automation where necessary for stress testing
· Prepare file defect reports and report test progress

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (EE / CE)
· Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C, C++ or Java
· At least 4 years' experience with Automation and scripting
· 2 years' Experience with systems and IT operations.
· At least one-year experience with Chip Validation silicon bring-up and lab debug
