High Volume Hiring (HVH) program focus is on automation of recruiting process to drive recruiting and onboarding at the hundreds of thousands per year scale. HVH builds features, enhancements, and enables synergy through integrations to seek benefits for World Wide Operations/Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service. Due to the high volume of transactions, bulk processing through asynchronous execution is used extensively in HVH. The HVH team continues to seek out creative solutions via either AWS technologies (Lamda, DynamoDB, etc.), external technologies, or mixture of both.

As a Salesforce Administrator you will own and execute HR software and service delivery initiatives globally to build scale, efficiency, and a great customer experience. You will be completely responsible for the design, engineering, testing, release, and support of the features you build. You will provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.com platform. You will also drive automation of processes, develop new applications, and manage the integrations to our various business systems for our Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment. This includes development, configuration, maintenance, and integration with other Amazon systems.

Responsibilities
· Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.
· Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce eco system.
· Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform using configuration and administrative techniques
· Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles
· Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues
· Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree.
· 3 + years of experience in Salesforce.com platform configuration and adminstration.
· Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.
· Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams.
