As a Sales Associate, your primary role will be to work closely with the Business teams/stakeholders and execute the operational tasks involved to on-board sellers and their catalogue on amazon business. The role will involve working on Amazon systems. As an additional responsibility, you will also need to interact with sellers to explain the value proposition of the B2B Program and convince them to enroll for it. You are also required to educate sellers/other teams on the business features and encourage adoption as per the goals taken by business team. Further, you will be required to manage and report data requests from the business teams. You will be responsible for delivering results against set targets.
The ideal candidate will have sales-ops experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and capability to influence external parties. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
a. Excellent written and spoken communication skills(English, Hindi)
b. Proficiency in MS Excel along with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
