DESCRIPTION

Amazon is looking for a smart, motivated, driven grad student (intern) to join the Brazil team. Main mission is to work on projects and activities that help to drive demand and improve customer experience, including:
- Project management: defining and following up project milestones with committed teams; prioritizing tasks
- Reporting: Analyze financial performance, and traffic metrics on a weekly basis Goals & Metrics
- Merchandising: Create pages and run tests to improve the customer experience through different channels.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and international team, faced with the challenge of replicating the model of the world's biggest online retailed in the Brazilian market. Some of the key skills that the intern will gain include project management and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
He/She will learn how to improve customer experience and his or her analytical skills. He/She will be part of the daily business work, and will learn the basic key success factors in the e-tailing area.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong analytical skills: ability to evaluate your content in an unbiased fashion;
- Excellent Portuguese/English verbal and written communication skills;
- Advanced MS Office Excel Skills;
- Ownership, i.e. the ability to work in an autonomous fashion, respect deadlines, and recognize one's role as project manager / owner of a project;
- Multi-tasking, i.e. an aptitude for organization, so as to keep one's head above water when faced with a multitude of simultaneous projects.
