Job Title: Reliability Support Engineer
Location: Shenzhen, China

Amazon develops innovative consumer-centric product solutions. As a hardware validation/reliability engineer you will be part of an exciting team developing, testing, and delivering products. Your primary responsibility will be the development and implementation of methodologies/techniques to enhance product reliability. You will work closely internal cross-functional teams and outside partners to drive and execute product qualification. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Test Fidelity – perform and assure all tests run in CN labs exactly same as SOP/SPEC.
· a. Execute sim test tickets, report and track defects, and provide status report.
· b. On-site audit & train supplier reliability team on test methodologies and data outputs captured.
· c. Optimizing testing process and expedites supplier tests implement in-house to meet schedule.
· d. Leading to checks for reproducibility, accuracy, and precision of data from multi suppliers outcomes.
2. Investigate test outcomes, escalate any failures to core-team.
3. Perform benchmark tests and issue report for competitive comparison.
4. Assists to develop automation equipment strategy, new testing items and verify new product technology and close synch with USA contact window.
5. Knowledge of CAD or UG skill to drawing and providing design and development proposal of fresh tools and fixtures,
6. Global standardisation - Technical support amazon internal & external supplier on key tests station set up, site training and audit as necessary.
7. Domestic and international travel to support Infra related and deliver necessary improvements.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· · College or above in electrical engineering, material engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields
· 3 year's minimum experience in reliability or hardware test for electronic products.
· Understanding of hardware validation and/or reliability test methodologies, including development of test cases/suites, performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
· Good at English write and basic oral English skill.
· Strong team work spirit and communication skills.
· Good ability in multi-task and handling a large number of tasks at once.
· Able to adapt changes.
