Amazon.com is looking for a Program Manager focused on operations to join the Marketplace team and help Brands grow on Amazon. The long-term vision is that we will create value for customers by working with brands to grow their profile on Amazon.

The right candidate will enjoy and thrive working in an early stage / start-up environment, is comfortable moving quickly, dealing with ambiguity and has a track record of making high judgement decisions. Our team is looking for a Program Manager to run operations, analysis, and support initiatives that improve overall efficiency and grow Brands. The Program Manager will own channels in our portfolio like webinars, brand portal, and content management systems. They will utilize and analyze data to run the channel and create operating procedures to ensure channel success. They will also be responsible for building out automated contact support for the Brands and providing them valuable information to support their business growth on Amazon.

Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, you will be required to work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions to complex challenges in a competitive and ever changing business climate. This role requires a great deal of Ownership and ability to Invent and Simplify to scale many support mechanisms to automate the program to a larger audience of Brands.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in, operations, retail, consulting and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
•Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights
• Problem-solving passion and service orientation
• Project management skills
• Experience working directly with customers
• Marketing / Campaign design experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
