We're looking for a Program Manager to support pricing and promotions across our growing network of physical stores. In this role, you will be responsible for execution and communication of promotions and pricing activities to grow and improve our business. This highly collaborative role interfaces with category teams, product managers, marketing and merchandising to execute in-store deals and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Additional responsibilities include managing a promotion calendar, communicating changes, troubleshooting, and developing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You are customer obsessed and react quickly to time sensitive matters. You are comfortable learning new tools and systems, able to work independently and seek answers when help is needed. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and love working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm.
Ideal candidate profile
· Bachelor's degree
· 2+ years of experience in product, program or vendor management
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
· Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Excel
· Quick to learn new tools and systems
