DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide capital planning and project management support to the continued capacity expansion of the Amazon customer fulfillment network. This job role requires partnering across functions within the Engineering Services value streams to develop assumptions, estimates, schedules, cash flow forecasts, and executable plans. The PM will host and contribute to discussions relevant to each project with various stakeholders to drive timely decisions that support execution of the full capital portfolio. Excellent written and verbal communication, financial acumen, and project management skills are the key attributes of a successful PM in this space.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field
· 3-5 years of experience in complex project management roles, with proven ability to deliver workable solutions and on-time projects
· 3 years leading large-scale projects and programs
· 3 years utilizing data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
· 3 years managing, influencing, and negotiating project requirements with business partners and cross functional teams.
