DESCRIPTION
Amazon is seeking a Program Coordinator to support international data collection efforts. The primary role of the Coordinator will be to provide ongoing support and planning for multiple concurrent collections. The Program Coordinator will report to the Program Manager, and will work with relevant site leaders to manage logistics, setup and data collection planning/execution. She or he will drive standards and consistency across sites where applicable, and foster cross-site communication between international teams.
The Program Coordinator's main responsibilities include:
· Manage operations of the programs including schedule, logistics, and resource/equipment planning
· Prepare and maintain support material for each program
· Act as the main contact to support the global teams
· Manage multiple relationships globally to sustain high levels of engagement
· Generate informative and compelling reports on collection progress
· Foster cross-site knowledge sharing through periodic meetings and check-ins
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess the following skills:
· Experience in project management
· Experience working with language and language data
· Bachelor's degree or higher
