At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a product manager to join Amazon's Social Responsibility team.

As a product manager in Social Responsibility, you will develop features that ensure that Amazon suppliers meet Amazon's sourcing standards and partner with a broad range of stakeholders to create products that enable the improvement of working conditions for workers in Amazon's supply chain. The key areas of focus are making sure that they work in a safe environment, are paid correctly for the hours that they work, and are treated fairly and ethically!

We are looking for an innovative, talented, self-directed Product Manager to lead the effort in driving new initiatives focused on driving impact in the Social Responsibility space. The successful candidate will possess bias for action and the desire to continuously invent and simplify. They should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Most importantly, the candidate should be customer-focused to ensure that we are developing the right products that create positive impact for the workers that we support

Key Responsibilities
· Define a world-class customer experience
· Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners and prioritize features among competing program opportunities
· Translate the customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap
· Write complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensure clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams
· Maintain a product and feature roadmap and manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, site performance and operational support load
· Proactively identify and resolving strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
· Lead cross-functionally to ensure we implement the business vision efficiently

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· 2+ years of experience owning and analyzing complex business problems and driving results
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
· Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
· Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
· Bias for action; able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
· Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers
