Principal Product Manager - Small Business Empowerment

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to join the Small Business team to lead the strategic direction, planning and execution of the Featured Business program across US, UK and DE. Small Business Empowerment is aimed at celebrating the millions of small and medium sized business that sell on Amazon while driving awareness of the value these businesses bring to our customers in the form of unique selection, product expertise and sharp prices. The successful candidate will own the Featured Business program from end-to-end and will be responsible for setting the strategy for the program, establishing a roadmap for WW expansion and coordinating with a broad group of stakeholders.

The Principal Product Manager – Small Business Empowerment will be an owner and will need to be equally comfortable operating at the strategic level as well as diving deep to ensure the smallest details are addressed. Key Responsibilities
· Define and execute the strategy for Featured Business program
· Establish mechanisms to keep program on track for delivery across diverse group of stakeholders in US, UK and DE
· Define selection guidance and coordinate sourcing of businesses with partner teams
· Represent Featured Business program in executive level reviews
· Identify opportunities to leverage existing features to deliver a rich customer experience in 2018
· Set 3-year vision for Featured Business program and establish 2019 roadmap

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Business.
· 7+ years of product or program management experience.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems using data based approach
· Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
· A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget while keeping a high bar for meeting customer needs
