AWS Partners include the largest consulting partners, systems integrators, MSPs, technology partners, ISVs, and distributors that are using AWS as their cloud delivery platform.
As the APN Opportunity Validation Specialist within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be responsible for shaping, evangelizing, and day-to-day management of our partner opportunity program working cross-functionally with AWS teams around the world.
Responsibilities:
· Review and validate partner opportunity submissions
· Provide AWS management with analytics and metrics-based reporting
· Support training of AWS sales and APN partners on opportunity management process
· Document and communicate partner opportunity management process
· Build strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to drive roadmap and program evolution
· Mailbox support for questions related to partner opportunities
· Resolve conflict related to opportunity management

Ideal candidate profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong analytical skills required
· Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
· Bachelor's degree required
· 2+ year experience in channel programs or channel operations
· Proven track record for bias for action, execution and delivering results
· Affinity for complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
