Bring your marketing creativity and passion for technology to the Alexa Voice Service (AVS) Marketing team and help bring to market Alexa enabled products that delight customers. As a Marketing Manager on the AVS Marketing team you will be responsible for developing and executing the consumer marketing strategies for multiple product categories and market segments. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize a compelling customer campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your understanding of marketing and consumer electronics inside one of the world's leading consumer brands to lead innovative and high impact marketing programs.
The right candidate will be an experienced, creative, strategic thinker with a track record of successfully launching several new technology products. You are a dynamic marketing generalist who is comfortable thinking big and diving deep to apply product marketing methods to ensure impactful launch in online and offline retail environments. You are as comfortable with the science of marketing as you are with the art of marketing—and be sharp enough to know how to use one to inform the other.

Key responsibilities for the position include:
· Collaborate with AVS partners to imagine, develop and execute high-impact campaigns that inspire consumers and drive sell-through, activation and customer engagement for Alexa-enabled devices including campaign goals, customer value prop/messaging, channels, promotional mix, and campaign measurement.
· Use data and insights to develop a deep understanding of the drivers of customer purchase behavior (acquisition), customer activation (engagement) and habitual usage of Alexa (retention) and translate those insights into innovative customer campaigns and promotions.
· Develop rigorous testing programs to analyze campaign effectiveness across multiple dimensions (e.g. audience segment, channel, etc.) and continually testing, analyzing and optimizing tactics to maximize ROI.
· Manage engagement with external agencies including drafting campaign briefs, overseeing creative development, and all other aspects of the process including cost negotiations, schedule management, approvals, research and analysis.
· Report weekly on our success metrics including performance of launch, acquisition and retention campaigns in weekly business reviews.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in consumer or audience marketing
· Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
