Amazon Exclusives is a program for brand owners who sell direct to consumer and Exclusively on Amazon. The program provides a new suite of services for brand owners to tell their story, engage with customers and drive traffic to their products (www.amazon.com/exclusives). We are looking for a smart, customer obsessed, driven, and creative leader to join our marketing team. We are looking for someone to take ownership of our customer experience on the Amazon Exclusives site and drive key customer acquisition activities. As part of the marketing team, you will create our editorial calendar and influence the marketing strategy for customer acquisition and website content to drive sales growth. We're looking for someone that work independently in a fast moving, ambiguous, start up environment.

The right candidate will have experience in building marketing plans that generate strong sales growth and brand equity. In this role you will oversee content creation, campaign management, and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a new business, and will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, passionate, and collaborative environment. This position requires an eye for design as well as experience driving robust marketing analytics.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years of demonstrated and progressive success, with broad, multi-channel experience in display advertising, online marketing, search marketing for a consumer brand, and retailing or technology management
· Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
· Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
· Bachelor's degree
