The Role:
The Operations group is looking for an individual who wants to manage a team of program managers who work on a cool products and that is growing at a rapid pace. We ensure ongoing support, grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company. In this role you will:
· Build and manage a team of Operations and Material Program Managers who are responsible for supporting products in a sustaining environment
· Deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the company
· Work with stakeholders to define business requirements
· Understand current system capabilities and limitations
· Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
· Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation
· Drive continuous improvements
· Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices
· Travel as required
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
· 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
· 7+ years of experience in product or process definition, having taken a product or process from concept to execution
· 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing for a hardware device company
· 3+years leading cross functional teams
