The Global AWS Partner Enablement Team owns and oversees all enablement activities for customer facing roles within the AWS Partner Organization (APO). This includes creating an effective and consistent onboarding experience, driving ongoing trainings to improve customer conversations, and increasing overall productivity. We are looking for a Productivity and Readiness Program Manager to join the team! This individual will partner with the APO leadership team to define, land, and execute against strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for helping design and build learning resources and content related to AWS services and APO programs, as well as best practices and partner use cases. You will utilize adult learning best practices to translate complex topics into easily digestible content for Partner Managers, Partner Solution Architects, and Managers within the global APO. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a number of projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They must also be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
· Translate business needs into training curriculum and enablement content.
· Design and develop learner-centered training programs, modules, and material to support Partner team productivity activities (includes online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training and blended learning content).
· Dive deep into the AWS selling methodology and incorporate it into the training and enablement developed. Play an active role in how the methodology evolves and its impact on the audiences and their training & enablement requirements.
· Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the APO to understand the training needs and develop a roadmap based on those needs.
· Use project management tools and skills to manage medium to large scale content development projects.
· Ensure adult learning principles and systematic instructional design are applied to create the required learning solutions.
· Challenge the team to identify, experiment and implement new and innovative enablement and learning approaches, tools, and systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree in Adult Learning, Training & Development or a related field.
· Experience working within global companies and within global sales training/enablement organizations.
· Familiar with AWS or another Cloud technology.
· Experience partnering with and presenting to executives, business leaders and stakeholders.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years direct experience in designing and developing training materials and content to include creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.
· Able to use video editing tools and eLearning development software (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Final Cut, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Camtasia or similar).
· Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance.
· Experience leveraging learning management systems and/or other content delivery platforms (e.g., publishing and managing courseware).
· Strong program management experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Bachelor’s degree is required.
