Are you an extraordinary communicator who can translate complex technical information into clear, concise and appealing content? Infrastructure Operation's Training & Documentation team is looking for an Instructional Designer with superb critical thinking skills and excellent judgment.

If you are passionate about adult learning, if you enjoy learning new things yourself, and if you are a creative and analytical problem solver, this job would be a good fit for you.

The ideal candidate will have superb writing skills paired with the ability to create visually appealing communication solutions. They will have demonstrated project management experience and the organizational discipline to track and manage Instructional Design work for several complex projects simultaneously.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You are someone who is creative, highly autonomous and responsive to working in a fast changing environment. You will be very detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Candidates will have experience scoping, designing and developing training. They will also have the following attributes:

· Recent experience using eLearning development tools (Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate)
· Demonstrated experience developing eLearning courseware, job aids, online tutorials and/or other training materials
· Excellent coordination, project management, and organization skills
· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts and managers; including the ability to explain technical topics to novice
· English and Mandarin or Japanese language, both oral and written
