DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented and committed HVH Manager to successfully manage the permanent and seasonal staffing and coordinate the recruitment process in the United States in both the Virtual, and Brick and Mortar locations. This role is integral to the success of the Customer Service business, building relationships and working proactively with internal Amazon teams will be key. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external customers and possess great communication skills.
The successful candidate must be able to manage a complex high-volume recruitment process to meet all customer SLAs. They will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. They have a demonstrated ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service to the client and candidate.
Responsibilities:
· Liaise with stakeholder management at the regional level including but not limited to operations, HR, finance, legal services, etc. based on trust in establishing and maintaining consistent levels of working relationships across all sites.
· Determines the hiring strategy, considering local market conditions and cost per hire in direct partnership with World Wide Capacity Planning (WWCP).
· Use multiple channels in sourcing and keep current on recruiting sourcing trends (relevant to HVH.
· Interpret sourcing data to suggest viability of sourcing strategy and improvements needed.
· Management of all KPIs and relevant data and reports.
· Support the High Volume recruitment process from initial candidate contact to Day1; ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
· Analyze and implement process improvements.
· Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and opportunities for efficiency.
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
· Act as an subject-matter expert for the Business, Legal, Human Resources processes & policies.
· Examine and establish the causes of adverse trends in metrics, conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions.
· Deliver specific HVH projects as required.
Profil recherché
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree required.
· 3-5 years of experience in an Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, and/or Recruitment Management in corporate or high volume environments.
· Has solid experience in people management, excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working with internal and external clients.
· Is willing to learn and master new challenges, proven by a strong background in problem solving. Has strong analytical capacity to examine and find solutions to a variety of operational challenges.
· Has excellent business judgment, is able to step back and consider the long-term vision for the growth of the department. Is ingenious, able to handle ambiguity and ready to get involved i

· Proficient in HR and Recruitment, with a track record for achieving results in a similar fast-paced retail environment.
· Has expertise in project management and change management.
· Is willing to work flexibly and to spend the time needed to complete the job.

· Experience with MS Word and Excel software.
