As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to get exposure to various areas of HR with some focus including: new hire onboarding, employee support, compensation and benefit, and culture building activities. Key Responsibilities:

This position will have responsibilities to support the HR Business Partner in various Human Resources areas, including but not limited to the following:
· Training: Coordinate and support various HR related trainings such as new hire orientation, employee, and manager trainings.
· HR Policy and Operation: Provide policy expertise to clients on day-to-day employee queries such as payroll, benefit and services.
· Verification: Provide support in various employment verification and certification process such as employment certification and visa letters.
· Documentation: Responsible for HR filing and documentation.
· Data analytics: Produce and analyze various HR reports.
· Employee initiatives: Organize and support culture building employee activities including employee rewards and recognition programs.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be a student in University going through Bachelors or Masters/MBA degree
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Fluent English communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
· Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential
· Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues
