ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Head of our Acquisition team to drive the growth of Amazon Business. You will be responsible for leading the Acquisition Team using an integrated, multi-channel approach to drive top-of-funnel Customer and Supplier demand across all Verticals, industries, and segments of focus. You will own strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of demand generation of Amazon Business' variable direct response marketing channels, inclusive of SEO/SEM, direct mail, display advertising, print, online events, telemarketing, etc.
In this role, you will:
· Own top-level business goals and helping marketing meet its go-to-market objectives Work at the strategic level to champion bold and creative ideas
· Test into and scale within new and existing acquisition channels and iterate based on performance metrics
· Write business plans/proposals to champion new channel testing with business and finance partners
· Maintain and refine scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns
· Lead controls on all marketing data inputs and outputs to drive data cleanliness
· Earn trust from internal and external partners, manage multiple projects, and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS
· 10+ years developing and managing digital marketing programs and/or channel programs and demonstrated success in creating professional, compelling customer acquisition strategies with at least 5 years in B2B
· 5+ years experience hiring and developing high caliber teams
