Job Title: FinOps Language Analyst- Finance & Accounts
Location: Pasay City, Manila
Languages Required - Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese

We are looking to build a brand new Finance Operations shared services team at Manila to support Amazon's growth globally. The hub will provide a multi-language capability to our internal/external customers and we are looking for FinOps Language Analyst to join our growing Shared Services Centre. Finance Operations team will be driving to redesign the processes and tools for service globalization and infinite scalability, providing an innovative and frustration-free experience to our customers/employees around the world. With the service hub being built in Manila, the team will provide instant and high quality services across the globe, to various Amazon Business and our own employees. Services include but not restricted to functions within the Finance Operations scope such as Employee Payroll Processing and other transactional process, Employee/Customer/Vendor Query Management and Accounts Receivable Collection/Disputes etc.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Knowledge in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Payroll
· Collect and analyze quantitative data
· Provide financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction
· Analyze trends and savings initiatives
· Communicate results to business leaders with Finance, Accounting, Operations and Business
Development
· Perform other projects and duties as required

Working Conditions:
· Normal Office Environment
· Work in shifting schedules including night shift
·Work during Holidays as may be required by the Company

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirement:
· Preferably native fluency or with relevant certification in the language that is required to be used as a mode of communication with the customers
· Preferably with a Bachelor Degree/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
· Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit or in Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst
· Preferably has working knowledge on Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools
· Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
· Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal
