L'équipe Reporting Financier d'Amazon France recherche actuellement un(e) contrôleur financier rattaché au Senior Finance Manager pour rejoindre dans le cadre d'un CDI son équipe de 7 personnes responsables du contrôle des comptes des entités françaises couvrant l'ensemble des activités du groupe en France (retail, AWS, devices, etc.).

Le/la candidat(e) devra disposer d'excellentes compétences comptables, et maîtriser le référentiel comptable français ainsi que les US GAAP et/ou les IFRS.

Le/la candidat(e) devra être un(e) professionnel(le) exceptionnel(le), dépassant constamment les objectifs, recherchant un environnement de travail stimulant, et pouvant contribuer à la croissance rapide de nos activités en France.

Dans un environnement en évolution rapide, il/elle sera amené(e) à collaborer avec différents départements et sera en contact régulier avec des acteurs clés de la finance et des opérationnels en France et à l'international.

Ses responsabilités incluront notamment :
· Participation aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles pour les entités françaises en US GAAP et pour les besoins statutaires
· Participation aux revues analytiques mensuelles des bilans et des comptes de résultat
· Préparation des comptes statutaires et des déclarations fiscales
· Collaboration au lancement de nouvelles entités, activités et autres projets en lien avec le développement du groupe en France
· Réalisation d'analyses comptables et rédaction de position papers en French GAAP et US GAAP
· Collaboration avec des acteurs cross-fonctionnels dans le but de maintenir des processus et des contrôles efficaces
· Participation active à des initiatives internationales d'amélioration, standardisation, refonte des processus et contrôles, mise en application des best practices, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes IT et en démontrant une bonne compréhension des systèmes de reporting financier
· Communications régulières avec les tiers, incluant notamment les commissaires aux comptes, les consultants et les prestataires

Amazon's French accounting team is currently looking for a Financial Analyst, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager to join for a permanent position in its team of 7 persons in charge of controllership of the French entities covering all activities of the Group in France (retail, AWS, devices, etc.).

The candidate will need to have outstanding accounting skills, and be experienced with French GAAP as well as with US GAAP and/or IFRS.

This individual will be an exceptional professional, who consistently exceeds expectations, thrives in a challenging workplace environment, and can actively contribute to supporting our rapidly growing activity in France.

In a fast-paced environment, he or she will be working cross-functionally and have regular interaction with other key finance and business partners in France and globally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Conducting monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities for local entities for US GAAP and statutory purposes
· Participating in monthly analytical reviews of Balance Sheets and Income Statements
· Preparing statutory accounts to support tax and statutory compliance
· Participating in supporting current and future entities and business launch initiatives and other projects related to the development of the Group in France
· Conducting thorough analysis and preparing US and French GAAP technical position papers
· Working with various cross-functional stakeholders to continue maintaining efficient and compliant processes, and effective controls
· Actively participating in cross-country improvement initiatives, standardization, re-engineering of processes and controls, and implementation of best practices, working closely with systems teams and demonstrating strong understanding of financial accounting systems
· Conducting regular communications with external parties, including but not limited to auditors, consultants and service providers

Profil recherché

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bac + 5 en finance et/ou diplômes comptables (DCG/DSCG)
· Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, en partie au sein d'un Big Four, et idéalement complétée d'une expérience dans un moyen/grand groupe international dans un environnement en rapide évolution
· Connaissance approfondie des normes comptables françaises, ainsi que des US GAAP ou des IFRS, et des obligations légales et fiscales locales
· Avoir démontré sa capacité à résoudre des problématiques comptables variées et complexes et des défis opérationnels et disposer d'excellentes capacités d'analyse
· Tourné vers le détail, tout en étant à même de réfléchir de façon globale
· Solides capacités de communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Pratique courante du français et de l'anglais des affaires
· Proactif, orienté résultats, capable de déterminer les priorités et de tenir des délais serrés
· Excellent “team player” sachant évoluer dans un environnement global, cross fonctionnel et à tous niveaux de l'organisation, acceptant les responsabilités et sachant prendre des initiatives
· Utilisation poussée des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office et idéalement Oracle)

· Master's degree (BAC + 5) in Finance and/or French CPA (DCG/DSCG)
· Minimum of 4 years of experience with an emphasis on accounting, partly gained within one of the 'Big4' and preferably combined with an experience of working for a medium to large international company, in a fast-paced and changing environment
· Deep knowledge of FR GAAP as well as US GAAP or IFRS, statutory filings and the related legal and tax requirements
· Demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex accounting and operational challenges and excellent analytical skills
· Detail-oriented yet able to reflect on and understand the big picture
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in both business English and French
· Proactive, and results-driven, able to correctly set priorities and meet challenging deadlines
· Being a strong team player, who can operate globally, cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization, taking ownership and demonstrating self-initiative

· Experienced ERP user (ideally Oracle), proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
