EHS - Business Analyst

DESCRIPTION

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams and systems. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:
· Support the development, maintenance and operation of supplemental analysis outside of EHS's reporting system - measuring and driving content.
· Use quantitative models necessary for analysis of EHS program and project results.
· Conduct periodic analysis of trends and issues based on EHS reports, so include data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
· Develop desktop solutions for ad-hoc reporting of short term pilot programs or incident investigations.
· Supporting the development of detailed reporting specifications for migration of offline analysis into standard reporting

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or related discipline.
· 0-2 years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position.
· Experience in working with reporting systems and interacting with technical teams.
· Experience with MS Excel and Access.
