The AMZL DSP Payments Team works with Operations Managers, Area Managers, DSP Managers, DSP Dispatchers and DSP Delivery Associates on a daily basis to support the relationship between AMZL and our DSP providers. Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:

· Assisting with incoming communications from Delivery Service Providers and verifying SOP compliance
· Ensuring successful team performance through tracking and reporting metrics
· Independently assess all aspects of team work performance and provide feedback
· Fully understanding workflow and daily goals
· Review and update SOPs as required
· Documents feedback to help the team identify strengths as well as area of improvement
· Solve problems, reacting quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve
· Prioritize while balancing multiple tasks
· Maintain a positive attitude

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· Ability to lead, provide direction utilizing independent judgment
· Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
· Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of Amazon associates and management
· Ability to work overtime as required
· Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas
· 2+ year of experience in related field
· Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite
