DESCRIPTION

Ring Beams’s Design Quality Assurance engineer is responsible for implement the testing on new products and existing products and generate the testing documents for the product spec. Doing testing at lab and onsite testing. Coordinate on the testing for FCC certification. Find firmware and APP’s bug for product.

The design quality assurance engineer for the Ring Beams business is responsible for the following tasks:
· New product development
1. Write test specifications and procedures - Draft test specs for new products and instruct suppliers to follow the specs and build on production line.
2. Build test environment, programming testing script;
3. Complete integration testing and system testing of products, black box testing and white box testing, testing of product hardware and software functions, performance and APP;
4. Submit a test report, detailed and accurate description of the BUG, promote the problems found in the test to be resolved in a timely and reasonable manner, familiar with the BUG management process;
5. Responsible for tracking and analyzing the test situation of the project and the overall progress of the project, providing timely warning and analysis of the foreseeable risks of the project, and proposing feasibility suggestions;
6. Provide improvements and operating experience based on existing product specifications;
7. Organize all new test reports and archive them for easy traceability;
8. Plan new product FCT test equipment;
9. Leading product certification test until it is done
· Sustaining engineering on existing products
1. Track existing product customer complaints, test and reproduce product issues and track rectification.
2. Optimize the production process of existing products, propose improvement measures for unreasonable test stations and follow up implementation.
3. Regularly inspect the SOPs and test methods of the MP production of the supplier's production line.
4. Optimize the production test process and improve production efficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit;

· Familiar with the basic theory of RF like BLE or LoRa;

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree required and Electronics, Communication or other related majors;
· Minimum five (5) years related work experience;
· Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills - both in Mandarin and English;
· Have good communication and collaboration skills;
· Proficiency in using EDA related software, such as Altium Designer, PADS, SPICE, Multisum, etc.;
· Program test scripts using C# or C++ or Labview or Python;
· Familiar with the basic theory of testing, testing procedures and various specifications;
· Proficient in functional testing, performance testing, etc.;
· Proficient in using various instruments and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, spectrometers, etc.;
