DESCRIPTION

Operations Finance Technology team, responsible for building technical solutions for multibillion World Wide Operational Cost analytic including but not limited to Inbound cost (Receiving / PO), variable Cost, fixed cost, outbound (Customer Shipments / Transportation), and Customer Service, is looking for a Software Development Manager.

As a TPM, you will work with Product Management and finance teams to build the solution for Cost Analytics and Reporting. Your responsibilities include managing large scale programs for Operations Finance, creating and executing the roadmap, translating business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables and build quick prototypes or proofs of concept in partnership with other technology teams. You will help invent new features, design systems, develop and deploy highly scalable and reliable distributed services. You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that's higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving problems that, frankly, haven't been solved at scale before. Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Math or related field
2 + years TPM experience
Proven analytical thinking, skills in metrics creation and project management, attention to details, and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to communicate and influence effectively across all levels
Experience managing cloud services
A passion for large scale, high customer impact ownership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Track record of delivering results, ownership, and strong customer focus
