Amazon Data Center Operations team deploys and maintains the servers and infrastructure in our data centers. Amazon uses large-scale, high-density data centers and we support our customers 24x7 all year, so work is by shift, on-call or a combination. Amazonデータセンター オペレーション (DCO) チームは、Amazonのデーターセンター内で、サーバー機器・ネットワーク機器・その他ITインフラの導入・保守作業を担当します。Amazonの大規模・高密度なデータセンターは、社内外のお客様向けのサービスを365日24時間体制でサポートしています。そのため、勤務形態はシフト勤務、オンコール、またはそれらの組み合わせになります。Amazon・AWSのビジネスは進化を止めることなく、新しいサービスや機能をお客様に継続的に提供し続けているため、データセンター インフラも常にダイナミックに変化・拡大している刺激的な環境です。

主な仕事内容
· 新しいサーバー／ネットワーク機器の設置・導入作業
· サーバーやネットワーク機器に関するトラブルシューティング・修理作業
· データセンター拡張プロジェクトのサポート

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Linux experience
· PC/Server hardware experience
· Basic networking experience
· Experience with task tracking, prioritization and escalation procedures - trouble ticket system, bug tracking system, etc.
· Experience or basic understanding of maintenance windows / change management systems - policy, process, and procedures
· Conversational leve English verbal and written proficiency - TOEIC 800+ or equivalent
· BA/BS in technical field or equivalent practical experience
· Ability to safely lift and move 22 kg of equipment

· Linux上での基本的なオペレーションの経験
· PCまたはサーバーハードウェアでの作業経験
· 基本的なIPネットワーク構築・運用の経験
· チケットシステムやバグトラッキングシステム等を使った作業進捗管理、優先順位付け、エスカレーションの経験
· ポリシー、プロセス、作業手順に基づいた作業と、メンテナンス期間・変更管理の経験または基本理解
· 日常業務を問題なくこなせる程度の英語でのコミュニケーション能力（会話・読み書き）- TOEIC 800点以上、または同等の英語力
· 四年制大学の工学・理学系学部を卒業された方、または同等の実務経験をお持ちの方
· 22 kgの機器を安全に持ち上げ移動できる方
