Main targets for this position :
· Lead customers to production using AnnapurnaLabs' ASIC and systems by providing tools, training, collateral and direct support
· Support other AnnapurnaLabs' customers' relationship teams - Marketing / Sales / Local Support - in pre- and post-sales activities
· Maintain a productive relationship with the customers for a long term engagements with AnnapurnaLabs by direct connections and data tracking
· Provide AnnapurnaLabs' ASIC design, SW development, QA and architecture teams information and requirements from customers perspectives and represent the customer voice in the development flow
· Drive and maintain quality documentation and collateral in order to facilitate fast customer development and integration in order to achieve fast time to market

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Duties include:
· Make technical presentations and recommend solutions for customer requirements.
· Perform technical assessment at customer site and prepare documents as per customer specifications.
· Analyze customer requirements and provide resolutions accordingly.
· Support sales and marketing by analyzing competitor market and provide solution to all product offerings.
· Monitor customer technical queries and use various technical resolutions to resolve all issues and design various processes for same issues prevention in other customers` development flow
· · Monitor and collect all technical information and design appropriate workflow for customers.
· · Coordinate with customers and resolve all technical issues either from remote or at customers' site. Administer and collect all technical inputs for Proof of Concept and prepare solutions.
· · Analyze implementation of customer resolutions and recommend ways to maximize performance of processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
· · Collect customer requirement and feedback and present them back to the development teams Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and provide mentorship
· · Prepare and configure all customer integration and configure products to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction.
· · Develop and contribute to various articles for all internal and external customers.
· · Design various tools and scripts to provide support to projects and customize it as per requirement.
· · Provide appropriate tools to streamline active deployment as customer training / white paper / support web site / Video training / etc …
