Description de la mission :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Financier du site, vous prendrez en charge les missions suivantes :
· Analyse des indicateurs de suivi de production et de suivi de la qualité (extractions, retraitements de données sur bases de données spécifiques, Excel, MySQL),
· Validation et analyse des projets d'amélioration de la productivité : mise en place de Kaizen de façon hebdomadaire, motiver les équipes et animer les projets, faire remonter à votre direction les résultats constatés,
· Explication des pertes et gains de productivité, justification des résultats,
· Mise en place de prévisionnels pour estimer les coûts de revient finaux,
· Prise en charge du reporting quotidien de suivi d'activité destiné à la direction du site,
· Clôtures mensuelles, préparation des fichiers de provision,
· Analyse des coûts variables de façon hebdomadaire et mensuelle lors de la clôture. Ecarts de masse salariale, écarts de productivité (analyse des heures utilisées...), coût des erreurs qualité (remboursements, remplacements gratuits...),
· Propositions d'amélioration,
· Développement de nouveaux outils de suivi à destination des opérationnels et support à l'utilisation,
· Participation au processus budgétaire : budget annuel, révision annuelle, prévisions trimestrielles, supporter la définition des hypothèses de productivité.

For our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Montélimar, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Junior Controller (m/f).

About the role
This role is all about making your specific Fulfillment Center the best it can be. So analyzing and reporting on our daily, weekly and monthly productivity metrics, it will be down to you to spot trends and opportunities to reduce costs while boosting performance. To that end, you will work with our Site Controller to set quarterly cost targets and get involved in our strategic financial planning. It means mining complex data warehouses and making sure all of your analyses are accurate and complete. But you will not stop there. Casting a critical eye over your own work, you will streamline our processes, increase forecast accuracy and put an effective variance analysis process in place.

Profil recherché

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in operations supply chain analysis/ financial analysis, business process and labour demand analytics and systems within a fast paced metrics driven environment
· Thrive on analytics and detailed investigation; able to coordinate workload
· Technical Expertise- in-depth knowledge of planning and analysis tools; solution driven approach to system and process; advanced computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Access/other Database). SQL knowledge is essential
· Decision Making/ Complex Problem Solving- proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources, probes/considers all of the facts, considers other perspectives; conducts root cause analysis; refers to long term plans and goals; prioritizes key factors; acts decisively, promptly and confidently; complex analysis
· Proficiency with quantitative analysis, and databases
· You are fluent in English. Both verbally and written communication.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure type Master/ESC/MIAGE, vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience, stage y compris, en contrôle de gestion opérationnel au sein d'un Groupe International.

· L'informatique est un de vos points forts, vous possédez un niveau expert sous Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules complexes, macros...) et en gestion de base de données. La connaissance du langage SQL est requise,
· Vous êtes orienté(e) résultat et êtes force de proposition. Vous avez le souhait de servir au mieux vos clients (internes et finaux),
· Vous souhaitez aujourd'hui vous projeter au sein d'une structure dynamique, en perpétuelle évolution,
· Votre anglais est courant (échanges écrits et oraux au quotidien).
