Niveau d'études: Bachelor's Degree

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience in a Technical Customer Service role
· Monitoring and/or Troubleshooting of:
o OS Administration (Windows or Linux)
o Network Essentials (TCP/IP)
· Knowledge of Internet Fundamentals
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong customer focus
· Ability to juggle many tasks in a fast-moving environment
· Self-starter
· Excited about technology
