DESCRIPTION

The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team in Salt Lake City. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team will be the main source of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team. The pharmacist team will answer transferred calls from Customer Care that have been deemed clinical in nature.

Core Responsibilities:

● Speaking with customers about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling
● Support Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered
● Researching and completing customer requests via Zendesk ticket
● Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches
● Complete pill identifications with customers
● Research OTC recommendations for customers
● Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed, especially after normal business hours and on weekends. These tasks can include but are not limited to prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing various billing related tasks
● Maintain an advanced understanding of all PillPack policies and procedures as well as PillPack products and services
● Maintain confidentiality of all customer information

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

● Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the NH Board of Pharmacy
● Strong interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communication
● Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in real time
● Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement
● Critical thinking providing out-of-the-box solutions

● Flexible, ability to adapt to change and adjust to changing demands
● Experience in retail pharmacy setting not required, but preferred
