We are looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our ever-growing Retail Finance team at our European headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.

Position Description
Are you interested in being part of a highly visible strategic team that is changing the way Amazon works in Europe? We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can support project management efforts in a fast paced, ambiguous environment starting in January 2017. You'll help us define road maps, manage project work streams, and work directly with experts around the world to roll out cutting-edge programs that have a big impact on our supply chain and, most importantly, our customers.
The successful candidate will be able to analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems, and build and validate business cases. They will be comfortable working in matrixed organizations and leveraging subject matter experts to drive results. They will also have an eye for detail, an extremely high level of customer focus, and a passion for process improvement.
Responsibilities include:
· Developing and validating business cases and entitlement calculations
· Leveraging subject matter experts to drive process and tech development
· Diving into ordering and planning systems to surface new problems and define solutions
· Managing existing workflow processes, implementing new processes as needed

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of university education or recent graduate
· Fluent in English
· Advanced Excel user, very comfortable with software and tools.
· High attention to detail, ability to multi-task on several projects and deliver against tight deadlines.
