We are responsible for the deep learning technology that is central to tracking the state of dialogue across various Alexa skills. Our team also focuses on enabling seamless natural conversations across Alexa skills, multiple end-points (leveraging both screen and situated context), and in multiple languages.

As an Applied Scientist on the Alexa Artificial Intelligence team, you will be working alongside experienced machine/deep learning scientists and engineers. You will create data driven machine learning models and solutions on various dialogue modeling tasks, with an emphasis on building cutting-edge solutions that have impact both on product and academic research.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or related field with 2+ years industry experience
· Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Mathematics with specialization in speech recognition, natural language processing, or machine learning.
· Familiar with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl or Python.
