We are looking for a passionate and experienced User Researcher to reinforce Product UI design and Distribution Product Management teams in Amadeus. In this role you will define what the user interfaces of the next generation of Distribution interfaces should be from a user perspective.

In the context of Agile projects as a dedicated team member, you will be responsible for analyzing and refining stakeholders’ requests and needs to define the research scope & applicable methods (possibly conceiving new ones to adapt to contexts and situations)

You will be in charge of preparing, organizing and conducting research sessions (remote or face-to-face user sessions, ideation workshops, focus groups, etc.). You will participate to evangelizing UCD culture internally by:

· Facilitating ideation workshops, storyboarding, design charette, etc. with product teams
· Influence the organization about UX best practices thanks to internal communication means (blog, newsletter, events, etc.)

You will be traveling occasionally across the world to conduct research

Desired skills and experience:

Ideally, with a background in Psychology, Sociology or HCI, you have a very good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods (user testing, focus groups, ideation techniques, interviews, surveys, A/B testing, multi-variant analysis, etc.).

You have a significant experience of conducting user research in the context of software or website User Interface design, ideally working in Agile.

Natural team player, you are proactive and appreciate working in an international and innovative environment.

In the context of a project, you are at ease to translate stakeholders’ respective viewpoints into research directions and hypothesis, and help project teams to take informed design decisions based on research findings.

You are able to conceive research protocols and adapt to different types of projects or situations.

You are an excellent facilitator and you like conducting user sessions (workshops, user lab, remote user tests) – you speak English fluently, any other language is a plus.

You know how to analyze qualitative and quantitative data - you know when data are statistically reliable.

You have excellent communication skills, at ease with a wide range of audiences. You can present research findings in a pleasant, inspiring and very factual way.
