Business Environment
For the Sophia site, the Talent Acquisition & Development department articulates programs & associated tools/processes to enable the company to anticipate, plan and have the right skills at the right time & place and to express best potential of every individual and team. Doing so, we aim at contributing to develop a talent-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee development and strong performance.
 
Purpose 
You will be responsible for : 
    • Developing talent acquisition strategies and associated external sourcing plans, to address business needs in terms of high quality and inclusive hiring
    • Managing recruitment operations from sourcing to hiring, for existing and anticipated staffing needs (200+ permanent recruitments / year) including management of external sourcing partnerships & Talent Acquisition budget management.
    • Managing school relationships strategies & operations as a key component of Amadeus sas talent pipeline (partnerships, school events, internal ambassadors community, yearly internship & apprenticeship plan welcoming around 200 students, lead of taxe d'apprentissage)
    • Leading employer branding initiatives to reinforce Amadeus reputation & attractiveness, working closely with the Sophia Communication & corporate Talent Management teams, specifically defining the guidelines for Community Management & new digital communication channels, social networks, job boards based on target audiences
    • Driving the necessary actions to ensure best-in-class candidate experience (systematic survey & feedback gathering, benchmark, process adaptation)
    • Monitoring and evolving talent acquisition metrics to guide talent acquisition evolution and identify areas for improvements
    • Acting as Successfactor champion for the Sophia site, working closely with the Corporate Talent Management team to progressively deploy enhanced functionalities and ensure adoption among employees
 
Education & Background
University degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience
Fluent English
Recruitment experience as HR and/ or hiring line manager
Active listening & consultative skills as recruitment partner
