Team Description
Amadeus Customer service (ACS) develops and delivers Learning and Support Services to all Amadeus Commercial Organizations worldwide and all Amadeus customers: Airlines, Hotels, Ground and Maritime, Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and Corporation Travellers.
Part of ACS, Amadeus Learning Services (ALS) develops and offers an innovative, cost-effective method to help Amadeus customers with all their learning needs through varied learning solutions and documentation materials.
The Learning Services Management (LSM) team coordinates all the customer training logistics, elaborate customer training plan, manage training schedule & training enrolments, training pricing & billing activities and create & run reports.
 
Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a report analyst to join our Learning Service Management team. You will directly embrace with all kinds of data dedicated to Amadeus training services and work closely with different teams to produce data-driven reports in different perspectives.
Our ideal candidate is someone with passion to figures, a real expert digging into numbers and creating virtualized functional reports to contribute to future planning and decision making.
The trainee will help LSM to:
    • Design and produce reports, dashboards, graphs and statistical analysis in order to convert data into meaningful business information
    • Identify and support process improvement opportunities
    • Identify and propose Key performance indicators to evaluate processes effectiveness
 
This Internship will enable you to discover and understand the Amadeus Learning Services organization. It will allow you to be in contact with several Learning Services teams to understand the Learning organization for Amadeus customers and give you a good understanding of the overall Amadeus Company.

Profil recherché

Requirements:

Education
    • University degree or equivalent (Process Management, International Business, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics)
 
Technical Skills
    • Advanced PC skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite (MS- Excel advanced)
    • Proficiency in English mandatory (written & spoken)
    • Knowledge in Aris and/or Visio tools for process mapping is a plus
