The HR Business Partner (HRBP) team plays an integral role in the organization and is actively involved in all aspects of human resources management. The Sophia-Antipolis site is today counting more than 3500 employees. The HRBP team is the primary point of contact for the organizations at all level (staff, Manager, Director, VP...). It includes the management of the organizational effectiveness, accompany staff mobility and career evolution, support the management in their day to day activity, deploy and communicate around the corporate policy and guidelines....
Reporting directly to an HR Business Partner, the HR generalist intern plays a transversal role in the HR organization and is actively involved in all aspects of human resources management. Working in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners, the HR Generalist intern will participate in the following project:
Participate in implementing organizational change (preparing new mappings of the set up in our system, ...)
Participate in validating emplyees' status changes (new team, job title, negotiation about new salary with the Compensation and Benefit Team, ...)
Fluent French and English
Attention to detail
Computing skills: MS Office, Excel advanced, PowerPoint advanced
Good written and oral communication skills (diplomacy and tact)
