Team Description

Amadeus has more than 3500 employees based in Sophia-Antipolis. The intern will be part of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team who are the HR entry points for all employees (staff, Manager, Director, VP...). The HRBP team is responsible for managing organizational effectiveness, identifying and following through staff mobility and career evolution, supporting management in their day to day activity as well as deploying and communicating around our corporate policies and guidelines.

Internal mobility is a key focus for Amadeus. We wish to improve the process to facilitate and encourage career development internally.

Main responsibilities

Reporting directly to an HR Business Partner, and working alongside various stakeholders including HRBPs, the internal communication team, the international mobility team , the HR generalist intern will participate in a project which aims at developing and facilitating internal mobility. This will include:

Defining what can be improved and how

Defining new ways of encouraging internal mobility

Coordinating internal job vacancies within Amadeus worldwide,

Publishing our offers on SuccessFactor, our ATS.

Prescreening candidates

Following through our recruitment process

Working alongside the HR Business Partners, the HR Generalist intern will also participate in the following projects:

Participate in organising the newcomers and managers induction program

Participate in preparing and delivering HR presentations

Participate in implementing organisational change (preparing new mappings of the set up in our system, ...)

Requirements

Currently studying a M1 or M2 HR related degree

Fluent in French and English

Good written and oral communication skills

Customer oriented

Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential issues

Attention to detail, organised and methodical

Creative thinker, and able to take initiatives

Computing skills: MS Office including Advanced, Excel and PowerPoint
