Division Description

CBT (Content, Booking, Ticketing) is the R&D division managing Amadeus Central Reservation system. Our division is composed of more than 400 people with different roles (managers, software engineers, quality assurance engineers, product definition analyst, scrum masters,…) and 5 sites worldwide: Nice, London, Bangalore, Sydney and Boston. We also work with many other R&D teams, operations and commercial groups. As a division office, one of my main missions is to support knowledge and information exchanges in this multicultural, multi-profile community.

Amongst my missions:

· Supporting communication needs via newsletters, blogposts, webcasts, etc.
· Organizing staff briefings, division team buildings and several other events

Main Responsibilities

By joining our division, you will mainly participate to communication and events management. You will be welcome to help the team topropose new solutions on fast changing needs and audience expectations. Together with division officer you will participate in defining the best fitting communication strategy and help to implement it.

Current activities, which may change depending on your inputs:

· Communication

· Coordination of the division newsletter: topics collection, guidelines to the writers. Review of the content. Formatting of the newsletter in 2 versions: online and offline (printed). The newsletter is sent every 2 months to 500 persons.

· Organization of monthly webcasts for all teams in division: content selection/proposal, agenda redaction, support for rehearsal, session recording.

· Preparation of monthly communication kit to the managers: identify and confirm with top management relevant information to communicate, design the kit, share with managers.

· Work on graphical design, image and video editing

· Events & logistic management

· Monthly events organization in the form of team buildings, challenges, afterworks (Nice area): find a venue, send invitations, animate the events, share the moments post event.

What you will learn

In this role you will experience the communication process in a big international organisation. Nowadays an efficient communication is a challenge, which you will face yourself in real situations. You will be given a chance to either adapt existing communication channels or propose innovative ways to meet audience needs. You will have a chance to meet many people and have a global view on organisation from top management perspective.

· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Creative and daring to experiment
· Dynamic, proactive and flexible
· Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders including senior management
· Fluent English
· Design and multimedia skills
