Purpose
We are looking for our regional marketing team for a digital marketing expert to support our digital marketing transformation by improving our automation capabilities, website engagement and customer journey management.
Your job will be to design, build and execute marketing automation programs, build landing pages and micro-sites as well as build and support our website presence regionally.
We require you to have experience in Eloqua, HTML, CMS, SEO and digital analytics and strength in building digital content that engage and convert the audience. This hands-on execution role requires the ability to bring together the technical execution of marketing automation and website tools with the business requirements for lead generation and online customer engagement.
You will report to the Head of NECSE Transversal marketing and Business Efficiency team and will support our activity for the NECSE region covering Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Europe covering 45 countries.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to operationalize marketing automation and website projects from the beginning to the end. You also should be passionate about optimizing digital marketing automation campaigns and content. Your tasks will include building complex nurture and triggered email communications programs, micro-sites and landing pages, testing assets and programs, managing the content localization process, identifying and implementing marketing operations best practices, researching issues, analysing results and implementing corrective actions and supporting our internal stakeholders.
We need you to have a data-oriented marketing mindset, customer focus, skills to run automation tools, data management and CMS, and a true appreciation for international collaboration.
Key accountabilities
Targeting and Customer insights
· Work with business stakeholder to identify customers and potential customers insights and key benefits to communicate relevant to build digital plans
· Develop comprehensive digital marketing communication plans for a for the regional priorities
Campaign automation
· Assist in design lead generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, and automated communication programs
· Build, review, and launch marketing campaigns within the marketing automation platform (Create emails, landing pages, and forms)
· Collaborate with agencies, marketing local teams and internal business partners to ensure timely and high quality execution of digital marketing programs
· Monitors, analyses, and reports on campaign performance, define and implement corrective action plan to ensure targets are met
· Documents marketing automation processes, identify and share best practices with the markets and Eloqua Community, trains local and regional marketing teams
Data management and intelligence
· Support data quality process and lead management process. identify and share best-practices identification as well as dissemination
· Provides weekly, quarterly, and yearly lead-to-revenue metrics to marketing management
· Maintains a marketing dashboard of key performance indicators
Website and micro-sites
· Analyse current website performance and content selection, manage copywriting and content optimisation (SEO, mobile compliance and Brand Identity) and coordinate translation with the markets.
· Support the execution or our website migration
· Be accountable for digital project selected activities in collaboration with Central team
Education
· BSc degree in Journalism, Digital Marketing or relevant field
· Good understanding of CRM practices including data Management
· Knowledge of campaign reporting tools and metrics
· Demonstrable understanding of all aspects of web strategy
· Deep understanding of CMS capabilities, HTML experience including basic CSS preferred
· Marketing Automation Master or qualification desirable
Relevant work experience
· At least 3 years of hands-on Marketing Automation experience using Eloqua and in website creation/management
· B2B and B2C experience. Experience with IT customers or Travel industry a plus.
· Experience of designing and implementing nurture tracks for B2B organizations for the delivery of qualified leads to sales
· Experience of optimizing and enhancing marketing automation platforms and website (SEO)
· Previous experience working in digital marketing, preferably in/with large IT companies. Experience working in a communication agency or similar position in the industry
· Experience with web/social analytics, personalization, A/B testing and tag managers
· Experience gleaning actionable insights from marketing results datasets
· Experience performing campaign measurement across all media channels
· HTML Professional proficiency
