Summary Overview of Responsibilities:

In the role of a Junior Business Analyst, you will be supporting transversal activities or projects providing business intelligence in a contract and vendor management area.

Major Responsibilities:

· Assuring the continuous improvement of the controlling activities, reporting and key performance indicators.

· Analysis of financial and operational data, with granularity down to a product or project basis.

· Support regular operational review meetings.

· Continuous improvement and documentation of process flows, gap analysis and business practices with internal and external partners and tools. Providing structured analysis and recommendations to transversal business questions

· Work in nearly all fields of ITIL Service Strategy process group and beyond, reviewing processes and offering advice on how to improve efficiency and outcomes.

· Upon request execute proposals as a single contributor or on a collaborative set-up (e.g. project).

Relevant Job Experience:

Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)

· Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business management, economics, business administration. Preferably combined with IT.
· Courses in a business program may include accounting, management principles, financial modeling, business law, marketing, and communications.
· Certifications are an advantage.

· Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
· Excellent MS Office suite skills
· Good presentation and communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and proven ability to drive results in a complex, multicultural environment and at different hierarchical levels
· Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Confluence or SAP Business Objects is a plus

Relevant Job Experience

· First experience as a business analyst or relevant positions is an asset.
