Team Description

Amadeus security department develops applications to provide reliable authentication and access control solutions for Amadeus products.

Amadeus products support strong authentication, using two-factor authentication. A first factor is the usual login/password. 2nd factor can be a client certificate, an access code sent by email or SMS, a private network (intranet via VPN), hardware token, and so on.

Amadeus is exploring new solutions for authentication to complement its strong authentication portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

The goal of the internship is to participate in the development of a zero-knowledge proof based authentication solution.

First part will consist on the study of the existing models and solutions using a zero-knowledge proof algorithm.

Then the intern will participate in the proposal and implementation of a prototype to complement an existing Amadeus innovative project.

A complementary activity would be to link it to Blockchain technology. The intern would analyse the zero knowledges Blockchains and can propose a decentralized solution.

Requirements

· Required skills:

Web technologies, Object oriented languages (Java or C++).

Some expertise on software security is a plus but not mandatory.

Analytical skills

Interest in the research and development and software security

Good communication

Good English level
