Part of the Digital Workplace Services division, theService Management & Programs(SMP) is a highly engaged and multicultural team in charge of the major transformations happening around our Digital Workplace,Collaboration & Infrastructure services.

Because we are committed to put our customers at the heart of all we do, we have been joined by a new team: Usability, User Experience & Innovationwhich will help to make the best use of our Digital Workplace.

As an intern in User Experience and Innovation, you will bring your knowledge and motivation to this new team.

Before we get started, we have three questions

In this role you will:

1. Understand our employees

One of your main mission will be to put yourself in our employees’ shoes and to help providing them the best tools and services. You will do this by:

·
Havinga user-centric approach

·
Conducting research onour employees journeys and translating itinto user stories and personas

·
Conducting usability and accessibility tests

2. Act as a Community Manager

You will be responsiblefor managing and engaging with online communities within Amadeus Groups or other internal collaborationchannels. You will do so by:

·
Interacting with online communities and encouraging engagement

·
Supporting community owners and participants

·
Providing technical support when necessary

·
Creating learning materials

·
Connecting people with relevant groups

3. Promote User Experience and Innovation in our Department

User experience and Innovation are known but not necessarily understood. One of your mission is to make sure our colleagues really get the purpose of it. You will do it by:

·
Creating communication and learning materials

·
Being an advocate for UX best practices, great usability and quality

·
Connecting with existing networks

4. Support the team on transversal topics

The team is working on diverse projects and services. Your help will be needed on:

·
The launch of Office 365

·
The maintenance of social support communities

·
Building learning materials about design thinking methodologies

·
Setting up a MOOC

·
