Team Description

GBS organization role is in charge of improving overall business performance by assembling, leveraging, and managing a portfolio of shared global business services to all Amadeus business units along four distinct service areas:

· Business Consulting Services encompassing business needs analysis and business process improvement
· Business Process Automation & Information Management Services supporting improved effectiveness and business insights in all corporate functions
· Workplace & Collaboration Services improving how our employees work and collaborate with each other
· Customer Facing Services ensuring effective billing & collection of revenues and complaints and compliments management

In charge of the security of internal services globally, The GBS Security organization ensures its risk, security posture and consistency of Amadeus Workplace & Collaboration infrastructure by developing security architecture, standards, governance, dashboard and metrics aligned with the CISO Office, by performing security assessments (e.g. for security requirements, for accreditation), by developing its yearly security risk map, by reporting the global status & compliance, by supporting the CISO Office in the definition of the strategy & vision

Main Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a security communication Interns for our GBS Security Organization. As the Information Security Intern, you will have the opportunity to shadow, learn about, and gain experience in any of the following areas: Internship offers the opportunity for training in a multi-faceted Security, Risk & Compliance discipline giving Interns the chance to build knowledge and skills in the Cyber Risk Management field. You will receive hands-on experience assessing and improving infrastructure security, network security, and security policies.

There is a need to create value around company data and one way to do this is to ensure that the workforce knows and understands the threats that are out there and the measures that are in place to protect against them. Communication between security and the rest of the business is a key to the success of our Corporate Security Programs because the two parties often speak different languages. Our security messages should be tailored to each stakeholder to keep them informed and engaged in security initiatives.

Main duties include but are not limited to help the team to:

· Implement the security communication plan as defined by GBS Security Management
· Implement different type communications including Security Newsletters reminders in break rooms and cafeterias, blog, vlogs, podcasts, screen savers displaying data security and privacy messages and even games that can help.
· Implement the Security Awareness Program for GBS (On – line education for GBS Technical Staff and Managers)
· Encourage the cultural change.
· Organize your various communication efforts with different stakeholders for the unit
· Target the audiences and tailor security messages to each stakeholder to keep them informed and engaged in security initiatives

The IT Security Communication interns will have toparticipate in creating a self-policing organizational culture, where all employees buy into the importance of data security to the overall health and growth of the company.

Requirements

Education:

•Undergraduate in Communication, Marketing, Business Studies or related field

Specific MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Basic Knowledge in IT , Interested in Cyber Security (e.g. ISO 2700x standards, etc.)
· Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills
· Basic Knowledge of Risk Management and Project Methodology
· Fluent English (written and oral)
· Pedagogical abilities, e.g. to translate shown functionality into a virtual story.
· Ability to use multimedia tools or previous user functional experience with recording tools, screen capture or animation is desirable.
· Organized, detail oriented; Able to prioritize time sensitive assignments.
· Creative and flexible; able to adapt to change.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook) or other applications as required.
