Team Description

The candidate will be working in the Commercial Strategy and Operations team within the Business Travel unit, on Global Corporate Solutions marketing and sales communications projects.

Main Responsibilities

The candidate will be working on projects and deliverables to help the global corporate solutions marketing & sales team develop, implement and track joint marketing activities; projects and deliverables include:

· Create tracking reports of activities impact and Key Performance Indicators e.g. events dashboard, lead generation, Salesforce / CRM commercial pipeline
· Develop content to coordinate unit-specific internal marketing & communication activities, including sharepoint, ‘celebrating wins’, monthly newsletter and potentially internal events
· Improve the monitoring and tracking the marketing programme effectiveness and A&P budget for management reporting
· Implement elements of the digital strategy for Global Corporate Solutions eg LinkedIn showcase page analytics, development microsite, Salesforce CRM, amadeus.com lead follow up, online bannering,…
· Roll-out Marketing automation in Q2 2018 and other projects in support of Global Corporate Solutions pilot for global Digital Ecosystem
· Set up training sessions, monitoring of analytics and feedback to users in order to support global roll out of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce CRM
· Augment content of Reference deck and support with testimonials & case studies
· Participate in the organisation of the 2018 global customer event

Requirements
• Business management, with a focus on Marketing & Communication
• Writing communication skills

• Digital and social media savvy
• Fluent in written and spoken English language is essential
• PC Skills: advanced (Excellent knowledge of MS applications: mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of IT products is a plus
• Experience: Previous work experience in marketing / communication / project management is a plus
