Key areas of focus for this internship will be as follows:

1. Participate in the development, adoption and management of an online enterprise collaboration environment

- Support the team in driving the adoption of the enterprise collaboration platform as a key support in Knowledge Management activities

- Animate the community by creating content, encouraging participation and measuring success.

2. Supporting the coordination ofcore Knowledge Management activities

- Participate in the collection and understanding of needs for knowledge by assisting the team.

- Support activity and event organisation, such as Academies or webinars, by participating in the preparation and execution phases and helping with the post-activity communication.

- Contribute to raise awareness and keep momentum on knowledge management activities via regular communication (e.g. articles in internal newsletters)

- Support the maintenance and management of different communities and sharepoint sites, including mailing lists and regular updates.

3. Reporting and statistics
- Manage data and statistics reports, monthly and on demand
- Generate SharePoint/Groups reports on demand.

Requirements:

• Currently studying for a Business degree with marketing communications, Knowledge Management (preferably) or HR as key focus

Specific knowledge and Abilities & Skills:
• Fluent in English with superior English writing skills
• SharePoint 2010 advanced
• Knowledge on programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Camtasia as a plus
• Excellent communication skills, Autonomy, Accountability, Resourceful
