Team Description

GBS organization role is in charge of improving overall business performance by assembling, leveraging, and managing a portfolio of shared global business services to all Amadeus business units along four distinct service areas:

· Business Consulting Services encompassing business needs analysis and business process improvement
· Business Process Automation & Information Management Services supporting improved effectiveness and business insights in all corporate functions
· Workplace & Collaboration Services improving how our employees work and collaborate with each other
· Customer Facing Services ensuring effective billing & collection of revenues and complaints and compliments management

In charge of the security of internal services globally, The GBS Security organization ensures its risk, security posture and consistency of Amadeus Workplace & Collaboration infrastructure by developing security architecture, standards, governance, dashboard and metrics aligned with the CISO Office, by performing security assessments (e.g. for security requirements, for accreditation), by developing its yearly security risk map, by reporting the global status & compliance, by supporting the CISO Office in the definition of the strategy & vision

Main Responsibilities

GBS has provisioned and initiated a multi years security programs (Codename GBS Shield) to improve over posture of the internal IT security. This program is currently being launched. The objective of the Security Transformation program is to accelerate the different initiatives to improve our overall posture.

Security domains in scope of the IT Security transformation programs include:

· ISMS - Security Management
· Workstation Security
· Infrastructure Compliance
· Identity & Access Management
· Office Data Protection
· Security Operation Center for Internal IT
· IT Security Perimeter - Network Security Zoning

As the Information Security Intern, you will have the opportunity to shadow, learn about, and gain experience in any of the following areas: Internship offers the opportunity for training in a multi-faceted Security, Risk & Compliance discipline giving Interns the chance to build knowledge and skills in the Cyber Risk Management field. You will apply these practices to help improve the security posture of the company. You will receive hands-on experience assessing and improving infrastructure security, network security, and security policies.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

· Assessment, analysis, and improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of Security and operational control process and solutions (Amadeus Intranet, Nice Site, Data Management)
· Update and document technical standards, architectures to reflect current or future state
· Assist security testing of GBS systems by discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities.
· Information Assurance – Certification & Accreditation, Policy implementation, and Compliance
· Propose remediation techniques and mitigation strategies for security issues.

Requirements

· Master degree specialised in Security
· Broad knowledge of Information Security (e.g. ISO 2700x standards, Security Laws, etc.)
· Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills
· Basic Knowledge of Risk Management and Project Methodology

· Fluent English (written and oral)
· Organized, detail oriented; Able to prioritize time sensitive assignments.
· Creative and flexible; able to adapt to change.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook) or other applications as required.
