Team Description

The Regional Security Office represents the Corporate Information Security Office in the regions. This team is in charge of EMEA and Itsmission is to enforce the Corporate security policies and standards in all regional Amadeus sites.

We are supported by the Business Units to deploy those standards. In each main remote sitea local security coordinatorhas been assigned. This person is our local relay and is responsible for any security related topic in the site perimeter. The number of sites (and therefore security correspondents) is about 50 in the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities

Participate to the mission of the team in the area of communication and education of the local information security coordinators.

Foster the knowledge sharing culture within the local Information Security Coordinator network in order to increase security knowledge and awareness. This can be done through: community animation, communication in various forms, training and development of any support material they may need in their role.

Responsibility can also be expressed as following:

· Draft the education and communication strategy for local information security coordinators
· Assist in its implementation
· Support communication events.

Requirements

Education:
• Currently studying (last year) for an International High School of Marketing/Communication/Advertising

Specific knowledge and Abilities & Skills:

· Knowledge Management
· Event Management
· Familiar with communication related tools: Collaboration (sharepoint, confluence, …), social media, videos, tutorial, newsletter, etc.
· Fluent in English with excellent English writing skills
· Excellent communication skills, Autonomy, Accountability

IT background and project management would be a plus
