Team Description

Our team is part responsible of the software development of Negotiated Space and Group Manager products. These products allows the airlines to negotiate with Travel Agencies groups of seats for a given travel itinerary.

We are part of Revenue Management Solutions division, which is responsible for functionalities related to Amadeus Altéa Inventory and Amadeus Altéa Revenue Management System used to maximize airlines revenues by optimizing the flight inventory (Yield Management).

The trainee willhelp the team to workon a new optimizedsearch engine for our product Altea Group Manager.

Objective andProblem statement

Altea Group Manager product keeps track of all group requests made by travel agents and propose the best price to protect airline revenue.

We would like to revamp the search engine and improve the end user experience when searching for group requests.

Today the Search Page has many options and multiple criteria, the objective is to replace it by a simple and unique search box. Beside the search engine should be smart enough to understand the user request and offer the best matching result. So the solution will cover areas such as massive data processing, pattern matching, artificial intelligence.

We want to keep open the choice for design and technology.

As an intern, you will participate in following activities:

· Study solution to and choose right design and techno
· Prototype: code thebackend (C++ / python) end the frontend (Angular framework)
· Organize your project/deliveries with baisc notion of project management
